Portable Toilet Rental, Riverside, California
Portable toilets in a line to a concrete pathCalifornia is the poster child of the United States. Many head on to California to dream bigger and achieve more. However, the cost of living in California is nearly equal to the cost of gold itself.
Thankfully, cities like Riverside bring together all the significant aspects of California — the sun, beautiful landscapes, and booming economy. Did we mention that Riverside is more affordable compared to LA and the Bay Area?
Cheaper doesn’t mean less because Riverside hosts numerous festivals and has numerous event places to hold your desired events.
Event places require porta potty rentals, and here are the types of porta potties available for events at Riverside.
In this post, we’ll cover the various porta potty types in the market and which events they are suited for.
Types of Porta Potty Rental
Regular Porta Potty
The regular porta potty is what you typically see at festivals. It’s a compact plastic unit that is available in large quantities. Inside, you will find a standard toilet with a seat built into the whole unit and no flushing system; the excrements go into a storage tank that is emptied post-event.
Some of the regular porta potties may have a tissue roll holder and an alcogel dispenser in them. Although most standard units lack sinks inside. People typically wash their hands at a separate station outside.
Deluxe Porta Potty
The Deluxe porta potty has a similar structure but with added aesthetics. Inside, you will find a standard toilet with a seat and more amenities. This varies from provider to provider, but in most cases, the additional amenities would be a urinal on the side and a worker sink with a faucet.
However, this doesn’t mean that the porta potty has functioning plumbing; the sink water comes from an external pump, while the waste are collected in a storage tank.
ADA Handicap Accessible Porta Potty
The Americans with Disabilities Act requires 5% of porta potties in a location to be handicap accessible. This is an excellent law for our friends who use wheelchairs or people with disabilities.
ADA Handicap accessible porta potty are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair and possibly a companion. The inside also has standard features such as a built-in toilet, a sink, alcogel dispenser, and tissue roll holder. These units are designed to have all necessary features so disabled users don’t need to leave for additional facilities.
Luxury Trailer Porta Potty
A Luxury trailer porta potty is a small trailer that is raised off the ground. This trailer’s layout will depend on the provider and how “luxurious” the prices can get. A standard luxury trailer would have two doors, one for males and another for females. These doors open into a small bathroom with a toilet, functional sink, air conditioning, and an exhaust system.
More luxurious trailers would be a whole bathroom with 2 or 3 sinks, separate toilets, urinals, and air conditioning with exhaust. The entire setup runs on a generator for lighting and air conditioning. It would have an external source for the water flowing inside.
What Porta Potty Should You Get For:
Construction Sites
Construction sites would have a minimum of 20 to 100 people working around the premises per shift. It is advisable to have several regular porta potties on-site to serve all the workers on-site.
A standard porta potty requires minimal maintenance compared to other types. This would also mean that it would cost less and, at the same time, have many doors for people to do their business.
Weddings and Events
The choice depends on guest count and budget. A deluxe porta potty would be a great entry-level option. Giving the guests a working toilet is essential, especially if the wedding is outdoors.
While deluxe units may be less visually appealing, luxury trailers are a great choice if budget allows. Consider the comfort of guests in formal attire using basic or deluxe units. Though more expensive, it ensures guest comfort.
Concerts and Festivals
Large concerts and festivals should have all types of porta potties. Especially concerts that have exclusive or VIP areas.
The public areas can use standard to deluxe units to accommodate the large crowds.
The VIP, Exclusive, and even Artist’s area should have something more upscale like a luxury trailer. But as mentioned, luxury trailers differ depending on the price, you basically get more as the price gets higher.
A simple luxury toilet would be best for the concert-goers who paid more than the general admission to offset the cost of their tickets with the comfort they are getting. A standard two-door luxury trailer is recommended.
As for the VIPs and performers, a full bathroom luxury trailer is preferable. Most artists and VIPs would expect better amenities for them in return for their appearance and performance.
Porta potties are a valuable invention, making restroom access easier.
