What the rental covers
Access is asked about first
Narrow driveways, soft ground, low branches and gates come up before the delivery day rather than on it - especially around Crafton Hills and the Santa Ana River wash.
Emergency calls answered
Main breaks, fire response and facility outages in Mentone are phone calls, not booking forms.
Trailers for the days that need one
Climate-controlled restroom trailers reach Mentone for weddings and corporate days where a portable unit would be the wrong answer.
What you can book
Any of these can go to Mentone, singly or mixed into one order.
Standard Porta Potty
Vented riser, inside latch and a sanitiser dispenser. The unit most orders are built from.
Deluxe Flushing Unit
The step up guests notice: flush, sink and light, in the footprint of a standard.
ADA Accessible Unit
Flat threshold, wide door, handrails both sides and room to turn a chair inside.
Portable Hand-Wash Station
Stands off to the side of the units so there is room to line without blocking a door.
Luxury Restroom Trailer
Climate-controlled inside, which is the whole argument for it in an Inland Empire summer.

The service day
Same day each week, and where we can manage it the same driver. Predictable service is what long-running Mentone sites actually want.
Event timing in Mentone
Units land the day before wherever we can, so nothing is being delivered while guests arrive. Collection is the next working day, out of the way of the teardown.

Porta potty rental in Mentone - questions
What goes into the unit and what does not?
Ordinary restroom waste and paper. Nothing else - no solvents, no site chemicals, no trash and no construction debris. Contaminated tanks are the one thing that turns a routine service into a charge.
Do you rent to homeowners as well as contractors?
About half our Mentone work is homeowners - remodels, re-roofs, parties and family events. There is no account to open.
Do you deliver porta potties to Mentone?
Yes - Mentone is on one of our regular runs, reached off Mentone Boulevard and the 38. Delivery here is routine rather than a special trip, and the distance is already inside the flat rate you are quoted.
Do you work with event permits in Mentone?
We supply the units and the servicing, and we will tell you the counts a permit office is likely to ask about - accessible units in particular.
Do you charge extra for delivering out to Mentone?
Distance is factored into the flat delivered rate rather than added afterwards. The figure you hear on the call is the figure on the invoice.
Is there an emergency service for Mentone?
Yes - main breaks, fire response and building outages in Mentone are handled on the phone, and we will tell you honestly what we can get there and when.
